I happened to hit the thrift store the other day when they were just putting out all their sweaters! I found some great ones that I just had to show off. I think this is the best one! The Santas are 3D with puffy beards and metallic thread. The presents are flying, the sequins are awesome. It’s also pretty nicely trimmed!

This one is just so bright green! The reindeer is embroidered and felt. There’s even room to add your own ornaments or lights to this one.

Another one in a non-Christmas color but still pretty awesome! There are even sequins on the arms and back of this one.

This one is perfect for adding your own ornaments to the plentiful trees. There are even trees on the arms!

I even branched out into finding children’s sweaters. These are too cute to be ugly and they sold within 24 hours of my listing them!

I don’t think you will find this anywhere else but on eBay! It’s got the Christmas colors with the red and gold metallic thread, buttons, and sequins. And it is perfect for the shoe and purse lover!

Ugly Christmas sweaters are selling anywhere between $10.00 and $150.00. Mine are between 19.00 and 25.00. You can find these sweaters at everythingvintagesteph.com. Or click on any of the photos above to take you there. Unless, they are gone because they are selling fast! I sold everyone except one from the last post I wrote!

It’s that time again… time to get out the ugly Christmas sweater! Or buy a new one — used, of course! Here’s one I just picked up today at a thrift store. They are getting hard to find. I listed 4 of them over the weekend that I had been saving all year and 3 of them sold right away!

Here’s another one I found today at another thrift store. It’s not as ugly but it’s got great features like the red cardinals and well placed sequins. The clerk at the thrift store was wearing an “ugly” sweater. At this store they make a special rack of them. (I only found one good one). She asked me if this was going to be my “pretty” sweater or my “ugly” sweater. (I think she didn’t want to offend me in case I really liked it!) I told her it was “pretty ugly.” That made her laugh very loudly!

I think this one is the best of the bunch! The poinsettias are like double in size. There are the knitted ones underneath and then another one applied on top of it to give it more dimension. Then there is a golden bead in the middle of each one. Awesome!

This is the only other one I have right now and it’s kind of cute! It is made of all lamb’s wool and zips down the front. There is a very tiny hole on the side or it would be perfect. A lot of creative people take a sweater like these and embellish them even more with flashing lights and added ribbons or bows. (think gaudy!)

You can find these (if they are not gone!) in my store at everythingvintagesteph.com. Tomorrow I am going on a search to find more!
