Vintage scarves can be a very interesting topic! They are very beautiful pieces of fabric and can range in price from $2 to $800!
A vintage Hermes scarf recently sold on eBay for 800.00 with one bid. CLICK HERE to see the listing, as long as it is still up.

The scarves pictured above were sold by me at a recent flea market. I sold these scarves for 1-2$ dollars each. These are not vintage scarves but they were very easy to find and resell. I made about 20.00 or more for very little work. How? I am lucky! I have a clearance Goodwill store in my area that sells clothing items by the pound. I usually pay 79 cents a pound. It takes about 20 or more scarves just to make a pound so you can imagine the nice profit for resale on scarves. And I find some really beautiful ones!

Every once in a while I find some vintage ones with good brand names such as Vera, Echo, Paoli, etc. These are worth at least 5.00 to 10.00 a piece. Thrift stores are a great place to find these scarves. Look closely! As long as a scarf is in very good condition and has a brand name, it is probably a good purchase for resale. Also, if it is just plain beautiful — buy it ! Have you checked department store prices for scarves lately? And scarves are so easy to mail!

The fabric can be important too. Cashmere, wool, and silk are probably the most desirable. Don’t overlook the winter scarves either, especially in wool and cashmere and pashima. CLICK HERE or on any of the above photos to visit my eBay store. Happy scarf hunting!
